Docker retakes control in Easyscreen shakeup

Easyscreen chairman Philip Docker has retaken control of the derivatives software supplier following the resignation of chief executive Peter Scott Hodgson.

Docker had relinquished chief executive responsibilities when Hodgson was appointed last year to oversee a change in focus from product development to sales and lead the expansion in the US market.
