Dominic Chappell, the former racing driver and businessman who acquired UK retailer BHS from Sir Philip Green prior to its collapse, is to face prosecution by the UK's Pensions Regulator.

The Regulator said in a statement this morning it will prosecute the businessman for "failing to provide information and documents it requested during its investigation into the sale of BHS".
