Banc of America Securities has appointed Paula Dominick from Goldman Sachs as managing director and global head of debt research. She had been with Goldman for 18 years.

She will be responsible for managing high-yield, investment grade and credit strategy research, based in New York and report to Tom Berkery, chief operating officer of global markets.
