Robert E. Diamond Jr. of Barclays on the benefits of size

Some people think big banks should be broken up because they could threaten the entire financial system if they fail. But Robert E. Diamond Jr., president of Barclays PLC and chief executive for corporate and investment banking and wealth management, believes big banks play a vital role in international trade.
