Brady Dougan, the new chief executive of Credit Suisse First Boston, has unveiled his senior management team and kickstarted the search for the bank's new European chief executive.

Dougan was the European chief executive of CSFB until his elevation to company-wide chief executive following the ousting of John Mack last month. His new team is made up of three Mack loyalists plus senior figures from Credit Suisse.
