Tim Draper, global head of equity sales and Joanna Darlington, European head of research at BNP Paribas, have both left the French bank.

Two months ago, BNP Paribas said it will create Exane BNP Paribas, a joint venture in European cash equities with Exane, the largest independent brokerage in France.
