Dresdner appoints head of German ECM

Dresdner Kleinwort has named a new head of equity capital markets in Germany amid a reorganisation of the bank's underwriting business and after its former country head left for Citigroup four months ago.

Cornelius Clotten, who has worked for 15 years at Dresdner's investment banking division most recently as a managing director in strategic advisory, has been promoted to replace Andreas Bernstorff who left in June.
