Two bank analysts who quit Dresdner Kleinwort for Société Générale six months ago before changing their minds about joining the French bank, have re-emerged at the broking joint venture of its arch-rival BNP Paribas.

James Eden and Ian Gordon, who covered UK banks together at Dresdner Kleinwort, resigned in April to go to SG but pulled out of the move in July while on gardening leave.
