Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein is rebranding its private equity arm, Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, as part of its aggressive plans to grow its business both organically and acquisitively.

Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, which intends to double in size over the next three years, has just completed the purchase of US-based EIF Group, a project finance group specialising in debt and equity capital for the electricity industry.
