Dresdner Kleinwort Capital has hired Nicholas Kabcenell from Carrier 1 International, an alternative telecoms operator, where he was head of strategy and mergers and acquisitions for two years.

Kabcenell will be based in Budapest with responsibility for Hungary and neighbouring countries. He will report to Janusz Heath, the London-based head of Dresdner Kleinwort Capital's 15-strong Central and Eastern Europe team.
