Dresdner KW shares its e-business codes

The race to build leading edge technology to capture e-business took a new turn last week when an investment bank made a source code for integrating disparate systems available to the open source community.

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein's decision to share the software for one of the most fundamental pieces of infrastructure for all e-business comes from the need for banks to speed up connectivity to their clients. Two investment banks are close to committing to using the code.
