Dresdner Kleinwort has become the latest corporate broker to export its UK franchise to continental Europe, as banks try to win business from companies seeking to develop better communication with their foreign shareholders.

The Germany-based bank has hired Dominic Hughes from Commerzbank as head of corporate broking for Germany and continental Europe.
