Dresdner RCM Global Investors, Dresdner Bank's UK-based asset management business, has hired two analysts to bring its London-based global equity telecoms and media research team to three.

Gareth Thomas joins on March 7 as assistant director and pan-European media analyst. Thomas was previously a senior analyst of pan-European media stocks at Commerzbank Securities. He started his career in the corporate finance division of Schroders in 1995 before moving to Crédit Lyonnais Securities as a media analyst.
