Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DrKB) has again demonstrated its close relationship with UK telecoms group Energis, by advising the company on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ision Internet.

Energis is set to buy 75% of Ision, the website management group, from the company's German parent, Distefora for €812m ($724m). Energis is paying for the acquisition with €210m of cash, which it already has in reserves, and €602m of new Energis shares.
