Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DrKB) has poached Simon Hawkins from UBS Warburg as an analyst in its internet research team.

Hawkins, ranked as the number one pan-European gas analyst in 2000 by the Primark Extel survey, changes sector to become a senior internet analyst. Based in London, he will report to Robert Lister, global head of research at DrKB, and work closely with teams in the US and Asia.
