Credit Agricole Indosuez (CAI) is set to hire three securitisation specialists from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) and Nomura International.

Peter Kappel, head of European securitisation at DrKW, has left the firm and is believed to be bound for CAI. Kappel was at DrKW for six years and worked on a number of high profile transactions, including a €1.5bn ($1.4bn) debt repackaging for Eurotunnel, the company that manages the cross-channel rail link between the UK and France.
