Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein has hired Carlos Cala from Gen Re to structure credit products in its credit derivatives team in Japan.

He will report to Rick Weinstein, the London-based global head of credit derivatives, and Mark Mallia, head of credit products for Japan and ex-Japan Asia.
