Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein has hired Marc Michallet from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce to run its European financial solutions group, replacing Raffaele Ricci who quit earlier this month after more than five and half years at the bank.

Michallet had been co-head of CIBC's European capital market's division and head of structured credit origination for Europe and Asia.
