Craig Schiffer, who ran European fixed income at Nomura International in London, has emerged at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as head of international debt.

Schiffer's new role was created for him. He will help co-ordinate DrKW's non-European debt businesses and assist in integrating the different components that make up the debt business to ensure that it has a global, rather than a regional, infrastructure. He will sit on the global debt management committee.
