Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) has replaced the UK small cap equities sales team it lost in June with three hires, two from Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).

The bank has hired Caspar Shand-Kydd, who was head of pan-European emerging company sales at CSFB for three years, to lead the team. James Chataway, also from CSFB, will start with Shand-Kydd on Monday. Ian Rolfe has also recently arrived from RedSky Research, the small cap analysis firm.
