Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) has adopted the approach of its most successful competitors by expanding the role of Atul Bajpai, its head of principal finance, to encompass asset securitisation.

Bajpai joined the firm from Lehman Brothers earlier this year as head of principal finance within DrKW's global debt division, which is run by Andrew Pisker, who also worked at Lehman in the past.
