Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW), the investment bank of Dresdner Bank, is beefing up its newly-created agency securities lending team with four new hires, all joining from Deutsche Bank.

Fredrik Carstens joins as director and European head of sales and marketing in London while Anthony Frieze joins as director and head of Asia Pacific and Middle East in Hong Kong, reporting to Tim Smollen, global co-head of agency securities lending, in London.
