One of the most prestigious finance jobs in the UK’s property industry has come up for grabs at the multi-billion pound group that manages much of Mayfair and Belgravia.

Grosvenor Group, which invests on behalf of the Duke of Westminster and his family and controls assets worth £12.6bn, is lining up internal and external candidates to take over from finance director Nicholas Scarles, who will leave the post later this year.
