Duke Street Capital must overcome CDO fears

Duke Street Capital, the UK private equity firm which is setting up a debt fund, will have to overcome compliance fears to start the fund.

Duke Street wants to set up a €1bn ($884.9m) collateralised debt obligation (CDO) fund, through which it will buy leveraged loans, high-yield bonds and mezzanine.
