Mid-market private equity firm Duke Street, which was spun out of Hambros bank in 1998, is in “advanced talks” to sell stakes in its sixth and final buyout fund, a person familiar with the matter said.

Edi Truell, one of the firm's founders who left the firm before the fund was raised, has expressed an interest, according to one person familiar with the process.
