Edith Siermann will head up fixed income and promote responsible investment

NN Investment Partners, the Dutch asset manager that manages €238bn, has recruited the chief investment officer of the Netherlands’ central bank as its new head of fixed income solutions.

Edith Siermann, formerly in charge of investing De Nederlandsche Bank’s reserves in both equities and debt, has joined NNIP as of January 14. The fund manager, which was spun out of ING in 2014 along with NN Group, its parent insurer, manages €180bn in fixed income across two divisions: specialist fixed income and solutions.
