Dutch company seeks double first on Aim

Vema will become the first company to list global depositary receipts on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market as well as being the first Dutch outfit to float on the market.

A GDR is a certificate that represents a number of shares in a publicly traded company, which allows investors to purchase foreign shares in their domestic markets.
