Dutch pension funds told to strengthen buffers

Financial regulator in the Netherlands has released a report warning that the country's pension funds must make big changes to protect retirement savings

According to a report released by Dutch financial regulator De Nederlandsche Bank, or DNB, the average funding ratio of Dutch pension funds has fallen to 99%.
