Dutch pensions appeal to PVK for more time

Dutch pension fund associations are criticising PVK, their regulator, for not giving them enough time to comply with stricter rules that it recently imposed.

PVK wants Dutch funds to achieve 105% within 12 months and to report without delay if they cannot comply. Those who fail to will be fined.
