Dutch publisher picks UBS for broking role

UBS has won its second corporate broking mandate in three months, winning a role as joint broker to Anglo-Dutch publisher and information provider Reed Elsevier.

Reed Elsevier, which has a market capitalisation of more than £7bn (€10.4bn), said in a statement to the stock market late yesterday it has picked UBS to work alongside its existing broker JP Morgan Cazenove.
