DWS and Hermes Investment Management have called on other large investors to step up the pressure on companies to tackle climate change.
DWS’s intervention comes in the form of a 48-page paper on the topic, penned with Emily Shuckburgh, a climate scientist at the British Antarctic Survey; Pinsent Masons, the law firm; Grant Thornton, the tax and accountancy firm, and Redington, the investment adviser.
