DWS recruits Kos for multi-asset push

DWS, the German fund manager majority-owned by Deutsche Bank, has recruited a high-profile multi-asset fund manager from Swiss bank Syz, having identified the area as a growth priority.

Hartwig Kos, who is currently co-head of multi-asset and vice-chief investment officer at Syz, will join DWS in January as head of multi-asset allocation, reporting to Christian Hille, global head of multi-asset and solutions.
