DZ Bank has hired eight bankers to join its fixed income management team in an effort to win more debt business, both in its native German market and abroad.
The bank, which has a strong German business but is not a top tier player in the international bond markets, has hired Frank Scheidig, a managing director at Deutsche Asset Management and formerly a banker at Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, to strengthen its institutional clients business.
