Eban, the global financial services retained-search boutique, has appointed Ann Semple as managing partner, to head the London office.

Semple was one of the founding partners of SHP Associates, where she built and ran the financial services department. She left in early 2000 to run her own business, including acting as the interim managing director for eFinancialCareers, the financial recruitment website owned by UK-based publisher Financial News.
