Edhec, a French business school that conducts specialist research into the financial markets in Europe and the US, has recruited a second professor of finance in a week.

Edhec, which last week appointed René Garcia, previously a professor at the Université de Montréal where he taught econometrics and finance, yesterday confirmed it has also hired Pierre Mella-Barral as a professor in its finance department.
