Edinburgh Fund Managers has teamed up with Armstrong Jones, a New Zealand-based investment management company, for its first investment trust distribution tie up in the country.

Distribution is key to increasing assets under management in the mutual fund industry and Edinburgh Fund Managers has a number of key partnerships in the pipeline globally. The firm has already distribution agreements with the Bank of Scotland, Canada Life International and the Bank of Montreal. Others are expected soon, said Alan Bathgate, director of Edinburgh Partnerships at Edinburgh Fund Managers.
