EFG International, the Swiss private bank, has hired a team of three to strengthen its Swedish business, EFG Bank AB.

Lars Bjerrek joins EFG Bank as deputy chief executive, with responsibility for client relationship officers across both the private banking and institutional businesses. Bjerrek was most recently head of savings at Nordea, and was previously global head of Carnegie Private Banking.
