Electra Partners stands to receive £51.5m from the initial public offering of insurance group Esure, which priced at 290p per share, the upper end of its range, in London this morning.

The insurance group, famous for its TV adverts featuring the late Michael Winner, has listed on the London Stock Exchange, giving the company a market capitalisation of £1.2bn.
