A lawyer who helped co-found SJ Berwin’s private equity and investment funds practices – and a former FN100 star – is to take up a role on the board of Electra Private Equity

The UK-listed investment trust said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange on Thursday that it has hired Josyane Gold as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
