Elektrim and Deutsche Telekom have extended for a second time the deadline by which they are to reach agreement on the sale of some of the Polish conglomerate's assets.
The two were scheduled to agree by the end of Wednesday on whether the German telecoms company would buy 51% of Elektrim's fixed line and data transmission assets, but agreed late Wednesday to further extend the letter of intent to April 30. They said the extension would allow them to work on a broader structure, and would provide Elektrim with an opportunity to strengthen its relationships with its partners.
