Tesla CEO Elon Musk has returned to Twitter with gusto, this time pushing out messages over the weekend appearing to promote cryptocurrency Dogecoin.

The cartoon-styled cryptocurrency, represented by a Shiba Inu dog, surged 65% on the back of the tweets in just 24 hours on 5 February, reaching $0.083745, and hitting a high of $0,082605 over the last 24 hours.
