Credit Market Analysis, the credit market analytics specialist, has appointed Forbes Elworthy, former co-head of structured credit products at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, as its chairman.

Elworthy will be responsible for worldwide strategy, business development and marketing in the growing credit and credit derivative markets. The US credit market grew by 13% between 2000 and 2001, according to the Bond Market Association.
