The email prankster who has already fooled the Barclays CEO and Bank of England governor in little over a month has struck again at Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.

On Sunday night, the trickster, a 38-year-old web designer from Manchester in the UK, emailed Citigroup’s CEO Michael Corbat and consumer banking chief Stephen Bird, pretending to be the bank’s chairman Michael O’Neill.
