EM.TV & Merchandising, the German media firm, is consulting its lawyers after being fined €60,000 ($52,809) by Deutsche Börse for missing its first quarter reporting deadlines on the Neuer Markt.
An EM.TV spokeswoman said: "We have seen the fine and it is being looked at by our lawyers but I don't want to speculate on the next steps we will take."
