Ole Andersen, global head of corporate finance at Enskilda Securities, the Nordic investment bank owned by SEB, is leaving to join EQT, the northern European private equity firm, after 15 years as an investment banker.
Andersen, based in Copenhagen, has worked for Enskilda for six years and for the past three as a global head, including three months as interim chief executive before the appointment of Tom Vidar Rygh last December. He will join EQT as a partner heading its Danish office.
