Ian Macfarlane, one of Enskilda Securities' most senior corporate financiers, has decided to leave the bank.

Macfarlane, an executive director at the firm who was formerly head of Enskilda Securities Finland and responsible for corporate finance outside the Nordic region, will step down on September 30.
