Enterprise Investors launches €300m Polish fund after record exit

Enterprise Investors, the Polish private equity firm, has launched its fifth fund with a target of €300m ($340m) after exiting Stomil Sanok, the first management buy-out to be floated on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has said it will take a 20% stake in the fund. Enterprise Investors will invest most of the fund in small and medium-sized Polish companies.
