Enterprise Investors raise €200m for central Europe

Enterprise Investors, a Polish private equity firm, has secured €200m ($252m ) in the first closing of its fifth and largest Polish Enterprise Fund (PEF) V. Its ambition is to create Central Europe's largest fund with a target of €300m.

PEF V will be managed by Enterprise Investors' team of 20, which, they claim, is the largest in the region. The fund will invest mainly in buy-outs and expansion capital targeting deals valued between €3m and €45m.
