EO, the online share distribution platform for retail investors, has sealed a deal with Hemscott, the investment information provider, that will give it access to more than half a million potential new customers.

EO, which bids actively to distribute the retail portion of international IPOs, will provide news content for Hemscott.net, which maintains an extensive database of detailed financial information on UK companies.
