EQT to list portfolio company TAC

EQT, the Northern European private equity fund, plans to list its portfolio company TAC, an information technology systems company, on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and has appointed advisors to manage the initial public offering.

EQT is backed by Investor, Sweden's largest investment company, and AEA Investors, the US private equity firm. It plans to list within six to 18 months depending on market conditions, and has hired Enskilda, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley as advisers.
